What data is processed
This website has no forms and does not collect personal data by itself. Personal data is only processed when you contact us by email or on Instagram, and only to answer your enquiry.
Bookings are made in the Angels Studio booking app (appangels.viday.es (opens in a new tab)). Any data you enter there is governed by that app’s privacy policy.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent when you contact us. We keep the data while your enquiry is open and, once it is resolved, only for as long as the law requires.
Recipients and service providers
We do not share your data with anyone, except where required by law. To work, this website and our email use two providers that may process data on our behalf: Cloudflare, which hosts the website and temporarily logs visitors’ IP addresses for security, and Google (Gmail), which handles our email. Both companies are based in the United States and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection.
